5-axis Self-centering Vise TL46102
OSRANTON 5-axis Self-centering Vise is compatible with Lang Mikro·Grip tooling system. The vise comes with a jaw width of 46mm, has a clamping range up to 85mm. This compact and narrow design offers best accessibility and low interference to the workpieces while doing 5-axis machining. Constructed from hardened stainless steel and precision ground, ensuring robust durability and excellent centering repetition. Thanks to the form-closure clamping principle, which require only a low level of claming pressure and can clamp workpiece without distortion or wear. It acheives the highest holding forces and guarantees maximum process reliability, even with high-tensile material. Installation holes for Grip system 52x52mm pull stud are reserved on bottom of the vise, enabling it to be positioned on Zero-point quick change base plate repaidly.
