MTS P/A 560x400 base plate
The Osranton MTS P/A 560x400 base plate is equivalent to 6 MTS IntegralChuck integral grippers integrated into a 560x400 stainless steel base plate. The distance between every 2 grippers is 200 mm. Made of hardened stainless steel and precisely ground, the base plate features high strength and excellent parallelism. The MTS base plate can be pneumatically actuated with compressed air of 6 ±1 bar. Air connection on the side surface with 4 lines: 2 for opening/closing every 3 grippers, and the other two for cleaning/checking the presence of every 3 grippers in the automatic production line. Used for placing the MTS double pallet and for direct assembly on machine tables.
