Quick·Point 96 Riser Φ278mm with Through Hole
OSRANTON Quick·Point 96 Riser Φ278mm is compatible with Lang-Technik Quick·Point Grip system. 96x96mm Grip system is able to fit toolings or workpieces with 4 clamping studs (TL-LD1620) at distance 96x96mm. There is a Zero-point base plate mounting on top of the aluminum base. The riser is usually applies to 5-axis or 4-axis machining centers, the raised supporting face in Z-axis which effectively enhance the accessibility in any angle while machining with any tools, expecially the short tools. The main feature of the riser is the through hole in the middle. The through hole enable the risers to work with top toolings holding extremely long round bar piece maximum up to Φ64mm. The extra part is able to insert to the through hole. 8 Mounting holes for M12 fitting screws with pitch circle diameter Φ250 are evenly distributed on the base.
