Osranton Pneumatic Chuck, Macro is compatible with 3R-602.4.1. Constructed with hardened stainless steel and precision ground, ensuring robust durability, excellent parallelism as well as rust-resistant performance. It is engineered to clamp Macro holder vertically in WEDM machining. The chuck is used with drawbar OS-213102 (3R-605.1). To actuate the chuck, 6±1 bar air pressure is required. Fixed index position 4x90°. There is a hole on every single supporting face, which is for air-blast cleaning of Z-reference. Maximan load capacity while clamping workpiece up to 7~8 kgs.
