WEDM Manual SuperVice 100
Osranton WEDM SuperVice 100 is for clamping rectangular workpiece up to 100mm. Constructed with high quality stainless steel with deep cryogenic treatment after vacuum heat treatment, enable the vice to be rustless, easy to be maintain and preserve long-lasting precision, hardness of vice up to 50~55HRC. There are adjuting screws for operator to make adjustment on X, Y, Z three axis, easy and simple to adjust parallelism of workpiece. Having precision ground ensure the vice has high precision in parallelism 100mm/3μm and squareness 100mm/5μm. Moreover, in order to clamp round small parts, there are optional accessories for people to choose. The recommended maximum payload of Supervice is 10 kgs.
