Osranton Adjustable WEDM SuperVise for Round Part Φ100mm comes with a pair of V-shape jaws, enable the vise to clamp round workpiece, diameter from Φ6mm to maximun Φ100mm. Moreover, the every single jaw cmoes with 4 threaded holes and 4 bolts, which enable people to equip customized soft jaw on it to clamp any irregular parts. Constructed from SUS420 stainless steel with vacuum heat treatment and subzero cryogenic treatment, ensuring the SuperVise has robust duratility and good rust-resistant performance. The SuperVice went through precision ground, especially the pair of V-shape jaws, ensuring it has good repeatability while clamping parts as well as straightness and parallelism. There are 3 adjusting bolts on the body of the vise for parallelism adjustment on X,Y & Z axis respectively.
