Oosranton WEDM stainless steel precision vise is designed for wire-cut (WEDM) process. The clamping jaw is moveable while turning spindle screw, maximum clamping range is up to 160mm. Constructed from stainless steel with vacuum heat treatment, sub-zero cryogenic treatment as well as precision ground, ensuring robust durability, excellent parallelism and perpendicularity. There are 3 adjusting bolts on the body of the vise, which is helpful for operator to make slight adjustment on X,Y & Z axis repectively. Recommended maximum load capacity is up to 15 kgs.
