OSRANTON 5-axis Centering Vise 46130 is compatible with Lang Technik Makro·Grip tooling system. The base body length 130mm and jaw width 46mm with angular surface makes the vise extremely versatile and friendly to 5-axis machining no matter in manual or automated CNC process. Constructed from hardened stainless steel and precision ground, ensuring robust durability of the vise, even when high-tensile materials are clamped, there is no wear to the vise itself. Thanks to the from-fit clamping principle, only low clamping pressure are required. Workpieces can be therefore be clamped almost without deformation. The constant clamping clamping quality ensures high reliability in the machining process, which is especially important in automation for batch production. Installation hole for grip system 52x52mm pull stud are reserved on bottom of the vise, enabling it to be positioned on quich change base plate repaidly.
