OSRANTON 5-axis Self-centering vise TL77102 is compatible Lang Technik Makro·Grip tooling system. Coming with base body length 102mm and jaw width 77mm is suitable for smaller workpieces. Base body length of 102mm leads clamping range up to 85mm when jaws installed reversely. Because of the form-closure clmaping principle, the workpieces are clamped centrically at a clamping depth of only 3mm in the serration, workpiece endstop required is not necessary. Thanks to the compact design and the low interference contour, the vise is friendly to no matter to manual or automatic 5-axis machining. 4 installation holes for Grip system 52x52mm are reserved on bottom of the vise, enabling it to be mounted and positioned on quick change base plate repaidly.
