OSRANTON 5-axis Self-centering Vise is compatible with Lang Technik Makro·Grip system 48305-125. This version of the 5-axis vise with jaw width of 125mm and maximum clamping range of 305mm with jaws reversed. Large workpiece centrically clamped by this vise is friendly to the use of short tools, which cause less vibration as well as lengthen lifetime of the tools used. In this case, higher cutting rates can be applied, effectively reduce machining time and cost. Constructed from hardened stainless steel and precision ground, ensuring robust durability, excellent centering repetition as well as smooth jaw movement in vise body. The rigid and serrated jaws guarantee the workholding at the highest level in 5-axis machining, even clamping material with high tensile, the vise proforms with maximum reliability. Equipping 4 clamping stud in Grip system 96x96mm on bottom of the vise, enabling the vise to be accommodated and positioned on quick change zero point base plate accurately and rapidly.
