OSRANTON Quick·Point Zero-point Plate 106x106 is compatible with Lang Technik 75600. The zero-point single plate comes with industrial standard grid pattern holes 52x52mm. Constructed from high quality hardened stainless steel, ensure robust rigidity of the plate, keep it from being deformed even if machining under high strength. Except top and bottom face has precision ground, which guarantee excellent parallelism of the plate, every single side faces have been ground as well. The out profile center of the zero-point base plate to the center of 4 boreholes for clamping studs is within 0.002mm, perpendicularity at every corner with 0.005mm, enablinig operator to set up the base plate in machine table by aligning with side face directly, center the base plate by contacting 4 side faces, not just set up by centering the hole in the middle. Spacing between every monting holes at 4 corners is 82x82mm, suitable for it to be mounted on Quick·Tower clamping tower for horizontal machining center as well as rotary table.
