The zero-point base plate comes with industrial standard grid pattern 96x96mm, 150x120mm spacing of mounting boreholes. Constructed from high quality hardened stianless steel and precision ground on top and bottom face, ensuring the robust rigidity and excellent parallelism. Just like the smaller version with Art No. TL52-S106, all side faces have been ground symmetrically, people can set up and center the plate in machine table by aligning with and contacting side face directly. Not only thanks to its compact design, the plate optimize workspace in CNC machine centers, but also thanks its fits, it can be pluged via bushings and aligned with high precision on the Quick Tower.
