OSRANTON Quick·Point Single Plate 153x153 is compatible with LANG Technik zero-point base plate. The base plate has predefined mounting boreholes with spacing 128x128mm. Grip pattern for clamping stud holes is 96x96mm. Constructed from hardened stainless steel and precision ground on top and bottom face, ensuring robust rigidity and excellent parallelism of the plate. Except precision ground on top and bottom face, all side faces have been ground symmetrically. Position tolerance of ut profile center of zero-point base plate and center between every single clamping studs boreholes is within 0.002mm. Which enabling operator to set up the zero-point base plate in machine table by aligning with side faces directly, center the base plate coordinate by contacting 4 side faces as well as measuring the centering hole in the middle.
