Quick·Point 96 Round Plate Φ176mm with Through Hole
OSRANTON Quick·Point round plate is compatible with Lang-Technik Quick·Point zero-point system. The mounting boreholes on base plate are at 2 different distance, they are 59.2x126.9mm (see dimension drawing as above). This round plate is usually to be mounted on rotary table or 5-axis machine table with a through hole riser. The industrial standard grip pattern 96x96mm on zero-point base plate enable to work with any toolings with clamping studs at distance of 96x96mm. The main feature of this zero-point round plate is the through hole in the middle, which enable it to work with top toolings for extremely long round bar workpieces maximum up to Φ64 diameter, such as ER collet chuck, multiple jaws chuck (3,4,6 jaws) or customized fixtures.
