OSRANTON Quick·Point 52 Round Plate Φ116mm is compatible Lang Technik 45750. The outter dimenstion of Φ116mm is the most compact design for all Quick·Point zero-point base plate. There are 4 clamping boreholes with industrial standard spacing 52x52mm on top of zero-point plate, as well as 2 mounting holes at distance of 96mm. The zero-point base plate usually to be mounted on a adapter fit on machine table vary with T-slots distance. Constructed from high quality hardened stainless steel, ensure robust rigidity of the plate, keep it from being deformed even if machining under high strength. Except top and bottom face has precision ground, which guarantee excellent parallelism of the plate, the out profile center, counterbore and every single boreholes for clamping studs have been precision ground as well. Ensuring the center of counterbore in the middle to the center between every single boreholes for clamping studs is within 0.002mm, which enable operator to set up the base plate in machine table, expecially in rotary table, by measuring the counterbore with dial gauge directly.
