Constructed from hardened stainless steel with precision ground on top and bottom faces, ensuring strong rigidity and excellent parallelism of the zero-point single plate. After fine grinding on 4 boreholes for clamping studs (TL-LD1612), enabling clamping studs to seamlessly fit into them at the same time, make sure Lang Vises or fixtures position on the plate with high accurate repeatability. Compact design of the zero-point base plate maximize workspace efficiency. It not only applies to be used in conjunction with riser made of aluminum, which contains threaded holes to match the hole pattern of zero-point plate, but also able to be mounted on work table in machine centers pressing by clamps if T-slot distancing is not match the hole pattern on zero-point plate.
