OSRANTON profile clamping self centering vise is designed for clamping irregular parts or pre-machined workpieces. The most special feature is the windened hard jaws coming with feather keys on top. These these feather keys enable machinable soft jaw which is made of aluminum or stainless steel to be positioned on every single jaw with 4-M8 bolts from bottom. After fitting soft jaws on the vise, they are able to be milled according to the out profile of the parts, effectively preventing parts from being injured when it is being clamped. In order to help with setting up vise in machine tools rapidly, the vise is capable of mounting on zero point base plate whose grip system of 52x52mm.
