Osranton 5-axis profile clamping centering vise is engineered for clamping pre-machined parts without being harmed. With feather keys on top of each individual basic jaw, the machinale soft jaw is able to be positioned on top of it with 4 bolts from bottom. Soft jaws can be made of aluminum or stainless steel in-house and produced base on porfile of the parts. This profile clampinig centering vise is built on a vise base whose dimension 77x130mm. 4 threaded holes on bottom with spacing of 52x52mm allows the vise to be accommodated on any zero point base plates of grip system 52x52. Working with zero point base plate can reduce set time and improve productivity of machine tools.
