OSRANTON Profile Clamping 5-axis Centering Vise is designed for second milling process. It is a combination of vise base 77x102 and sepcial basic jaws featuring feather keys on top. Thanks to these feather keys, the machinable soft jaws to be positioned via it. The machinable soft jaws can be made of stainless steel or aluminum in-house and to be mounted on basic jaws from below with 4 screws each. To avoid injuring the pre-machined workpiece, the soft jaws are made base on out profile of it. 4 threaded holes with spacking 52x52mm on bottom of the vise allow the vise to be accommodated on zero point base plate coming with corresponding grip system on top.
