OSRANTON Self centering vise round base Φ200mm is designed as its name, a round vise base of dimenter 200mm. It is designed for CNC milling specially in 5-axis machine tools. Unlike the separate adapter plate and rectangle vise base, this design is a combination of both of them, which observably enhance regidity of the vise structure. Meanwhile, the integration of adpater plate and vise base leading it has possibility to keep the vise as low as possible. 4 threaded boreholes on bottom with spacing of 96x96mm allows the vise to be positioned on zero point base plate with same grip system on top when clmaping studs are fitting on the vise. Aluminum soft jaws can be mounted on top of the vise as well as on the side of hard jaws for profile clamping while second milling is necessary.
