Self-centering Vise 80120 Sof Jaws with Serration, Economical
OSRANTON Self-centering Vise 80120 soft jaws with serration is an unique design that both of the jaws not only have slot and threaded holes respectively on top for aluminum block working as soft jaws for second milling, also have serration on both side for rough milling. It combines features of vise for whole milling processes which is not necessary to change vises corressponding to different machining requiremenets. Thanks to serration on both side of jaw, maximum claming range is capable of extending from 58mm(Forward) to 100mm(Reverse). To mount it on machine table, there are 2 flexible options available. One is mounting it on machine table or on an adapter plate with 4-M8 bolts from top of the vise. The other one is position it in zero point base plate of 52x52mm grip system when 4 clamping studs attaching on bottom of the vise, which is the most effective as well as convenient way to set it up in machine.
