OSRANTON Centering Vise 70100 Soft Jaw clamping is a flexible solution for profile and pre-machined parts. The half dovetail slot and 2-Φ6mm dowel pin holes on each base jaw allows machinable soft top jaws of the profile insert and to be positioned on top of it. Soft top jaws, which are secured on base jaws from top with 2-M8 screws separately, are available in aluminum and steel, as well as can be manufacutred in-house. Apart from mounting the vise on machine table or adapter plate with 4-M6 bolts with spacing 80x55mm from top, vise bottom also leave 4 threaded holes with spacing 52x52mm, which allows the vise to retrofit 4 clamping studs and accommodate to zero point base plate with industrial standard grip system 52x52mm.
