Self-centering Vise 80x120 with,Economical
OSRANTON Self-centering Vise Economical, which is also called C-series vise in-house, is a cost-effective and practical version for market. Jaws and vise base are milled from hardened solid as well as experienced precision ground, ensuring durability and excellent parallelism. Due to serration on both side of the jaws, this design allows clamping range to be extended from 6mm~100mm while jaws are overturned. In addition, having threaded holes on top as well as side face of the jaw, leading the vise to be capable of mounting soft jaws when precision milling for second process is necessary. To let the vise to be mounted on machine table easily and rapidly, there are 2 flexible options available. One is mouting it on machine table directly, or on a adapter plate, with 4-M8 bolts from top of the vise. The other one is accommodate it to a zero point point base plate of 52x52mm grip system when 4 clamping studs are equipping on bottom of the vise.
