OSRANTON Self-centering vise round base Φ170mm is engineered for 5-axis machining. The round base of vise is a combination of a round adapter and a regular rectangle vise base. Thanks to this integrated design, it significantly enhance rigidity of vise structure as well as maximize space efficiency in machine tools, unlike a separate design of an adapter plate and a vise securing together, more or less occupying distance of run in Z-axis. Besides to mount the vise on machine table with 2-M10 bolts from top, there are 8 threaded boreholes with spaceing of industrial standard 52x52mm and 96x96mm on bottom of vise, which results in the vise to be capable of accommodating on zero point base plate having coressponding grip system on top. For second milling, both of the hard jaws are detachable and replaced to aluminum blocks as soft jaws for clamping of workpiece outprofile. Aluminum blocks even is able to be mounted on side of each hard jaw among clamping range.
