Osranton QuickChange Module N100 is compatible with Schunk QuickChange NSR100 Pallet System. The quick change module N100 is mounting on a flange. Stainless steel and aluminum with hardened anodized is optional material for flange. Borehole for fittinng screws can be drilled on flange as requirement. The quick change module N100 is able to couple with end tooling which is equipped with NSR100 coupling or coupling adapter, such as robot end finger gripper, ITS Φ148 pallet gripper or System 3R pallet Φ156 gripper etc. The hole in the middle of Quick-change module has a high precision short taper centering design ensures the micro precise connection. The internal dual -stroke system ensure high pull-down forece between pistion and the clamping slide. In addition, the robot module has turbo function which enables it to increase the clamping powe significantly, maximum payload up to 50kgs. What's more, integrating signal transfer kit and air transfer kit, the signal is able to transfer to numerical system from end tooling and the compressed air is able to supply to end tooling through the Quick-change module. Lastly, to monitor the module opened andn module closed, 2 solid-state sensors are retrofitted on bottom of quick-changer.
