Finger Gripper NSR Mini 100 for ITS 50
Osranton Finger gripper NSR100 Mini for ITS 50 applies to grip elements equipped with ITS chucking spigot F/A (System 3R drawbar is compatible as well) between Magazine and machine tools in automation line. Attaching coupling adapter NSR100 Mini on the back of finger gripper, enabling it to be couple with Quickchanger Module NSR100 Mini, which is compatible with Schunk NSR100 Mini. To open the finger gripper, 6±1 bar compressed air is required. Retrofitting 10 Pins-10Ma signal transfer kit and 4 lines air transfer kit, when it is coupling with QuickChnage module NSR100 Mini, compressed air is able to be supplied to the finger gripper, opening/closing motion control achieved. To monitor gripper opened/closed, 2 inductive proximity sensor are inlaid in it. Signal generates by it when gripper opened/closed. Gripper integreated turbo function, maximum load capacity with turbo up to 15 kgs.
