Osranton Pallet Coupling Adapter N100 is suitable for Schunk QuickChange palley system NSR100. It is designed to attach on side face of pallet enabling QuickChange module N100 to grab and transfer from magazine to machine centers. The clamping pin mounting on the adapter is replaceable if it is tear and wear after long time use. The short taper profile enables the coupling adapter seamlessly fit into the centering hole of Quick-change module N100, ensure the centering accuracy <0.02mm. The positioning pin is an anti-rotation protection seamless fit to the holes on QuickChange module N100 near by the moddle hole.
