Osranton System 3R Pallet Φ156 Gripper N160 is suitable to fit QuickChange Module N160 seamlessly due to pallet coupling adapter attached on the back of it. The gripper is designed for grabbing System 3R Pallet Φ156mm transfer between magazine and machine center. Equipping 4-lines air transfer kit and 10-pins singal transfer kit, enables the gripper to supply compressed air to end tooling and transfer opened/closed signal from gripper to numercial control system. To monitor the gripper open/close, there are 2 solid-state sensors are retrofitted in the gripper. The gripper integrates turbo function, clamping power is able to reach 2000N when turbo function is working.
