RCS Coupling System ITS Φ148 Pallet Gripper

OSRANTON ITS Φ148 Pallet Gripper is compatible with RCS Coupling Syestem. The gripper is the end tooling of robot arm, the chucking spigot at the end of ITS Φ148 pallet gripper enables it couple with Gripper RCS 5.  After coupling with Gripper RCS 5, the Φ148 pallet gripper is able to transfer ITS Φ148 pallet between machine tools and magazines.  2 cylindrical pins are for anti-rotation protection. Integrating turbo function, the gripper is additional pressurized with compressed air during clamping. The pull-in force of the gripper will be increased to 1800N, maximum payload up to 30kgs. As to monitor ITS Φ148 Pallet Gripper opened/closed, there is an optionl signal transfer kit for client to choose.
