Gripper RCS 5 ER-042707
OSRANTON Gripper RCS 5 is compatible with ER-042707, it applies to couple with end toolings which are compatible with 《RCS coupling system》at the end of robot arm. 5 Ma-5 Pins Signal transfer kit retrofitted ed by default enable the opened/closed signal transfer from the end tooling to numerical automation system through Gripper RCS 5. Our Gripper RCS 5 has turbo function enhance the clamping power significantly, maximum payload up to 100kgs. The short taper centering hole in the middle of the gipper seamless fit with clamping spigot on the end toolings, such as gripper link, finger gripper RCS, ITS Φ148 Pallet Gripper etc, ensure the repeatability accuracy ＜0.02mm. To holes beside the centering holes is for anti-rotation protection.
In order to monitor Gripper RCS 5 opened/closed, a mini 3-pin micro switch covering at lateral of Gripper RCS is an option for client to choose (see black cover in below pictures). The micro switch is for conduction of opened/closed signal of Gripper RCS itself. which enables automation system to identify Gripper RCS is opening or closing.
