Osranton Pneumatic Chuck Macro is compatible with 3R-602.10-1. It applies to clamp Macro holders in WEDM process. Constructed from hardened stainless steel with deep cryogenic treatment after vacuum heat treatment and went throught precision ground, ensuring the chuck has robust durability, perfect parallelism as well as good rust-resistant performance. Air connecton on side with 2 lines. One is for chuck opening/closing, the other one is for air-blast cleaning of Z-reference/ presence check in automation line. 6 ±1bar compressed air pressure is required.
