Osranton QuickChuck 50 with Steel Horizontal Extension is a combination of a QuickChuck 50, which is compatible with ER-034387, and an steel extension in length of 305mm, pitch between the centre of chucking spigot and QuickChuck 50 is 250mm. Centering plate 50 mounting on bottom enable it to be accommodated on EROWA ITS chucks. It is designed for extend process distance horizontally (X, Y axis) enable electrodes to reach out the further position from EDM machine spindle where need to be processed while doing EDM machining. Constructed from hardened stainless steel as well as precision ground, ensuring robust durability and excellent parallelism of the chuck. Repeatability 0.002mm.
