Osranton QuickChuck 50 with Aluminum Extension is a combination of a QuickChuck 50, which is compatible with ER-034387, attaching on top of an aluminum extension in length of 180mm. Centering plate 50 mounting on bottom enable it to be accommodated on EROWA ITS chucks. It is designed for extend Z-axis process distance enable electrodes to reach out the deeper position where need to be processed while doing EDM machining. Constructed from hardened stainless steel, hard anodized aluminum as well as precision ground, ensuring robust durability and excellent parallelism of the chuck. Repeatability 0.002mm.
