ITS Chuck 100P with Square Block ER-037970 ER-019424
Osranton ITS Chuck 100P with Square Block is a combination of 2 pcs ITS chuck 100P attaching on a squre block, they are compatible with ER-037970 and ER-019424. One chuck is on top face, the other one is on lateral side. It is designed to accommodate electrode, workpiece or fixture vertically and horizontally in CNC mills and grinders at the same time. Index position of the chuck is 4x90°, workpiece to be rotated on chuck at 4 angles (90°, 180°, 270°, 360°) which enables it to be processed 5 faces. Constructed from hardened stainless steel and precision gruond, ensuring robust durability, excellent parallelism and perpendicularity. To actuate the chuck, compressed air 6±1 bar is required. Air connection on side with 4 lines, 2 lines for chuck open/close, the other 2 lines are for cleaning/presence check in automation line.
