Osranton ITS Chuck 100P with Vertical base is a combination of a ITS Chuck 100 P mounting on a vertical base. It is designed to accommodate a electrode, workpiece or a fixture horizontally in CNC mills. Indexing position 4x90°, enabling the workpieces to be rotated on ITS chuck at 4 angles (90°, 180°, 270° and 360°). Constructed from hardened stainless steel and precision ground, ensuring robust duability and excellent perpendicularity. To actuate the chuck, 6±1 bar compressed air pressure is required. Air connection on side face with 2 lines, 1 for chuck open/close, the other one is for cleaning/presence check in automation lines.
