Osranton 6-Fold QuickChuck 100 P is a combination of 6 pcs of QuickChuck 100 P ER-036345 mounting on a large base plate. The 2-fold chuck set is engineered to accommodate 6 jigs, fixtures or workpieces in CNC mills once at atime. The base plate is able to be customized according to the specification of machine table and the of clients' requirements, such as the counterbores for fitting on base plate and the pitch between each single chuck. Constructed with hardened high quality stainless steel, the chuck set has good rust-resistant performance and robust duarability. Every single chuck is driven manually by pulling lever, clamping power of each chuck is up to 10000N and repeatability is within 0.002mm.
