Osranton QuickChuck 100 P with Horizontal Base is a basic Chuck ER-036345 QuickChuck 100 P attaching on a horizontal base. The horizontal bases enable the chuck to lock electrode holders, Jigs, fixtures and workpieces horizontally. Due to the index position of chuck is 4x90°, people can process 4 side faces of workpiece by turning it on the chuck at every 90°. Constructed with high quality hardened stainless steel, the chuck has perfect rust-resistant performance and robust duarability. With precision ground, ensure repeatability of the the chuck within 0.002mm. The chuck is driven manually by pulling a lever and clamping power of it is up to 10000N. Two Φ13mm drilled holes on the base, the chuck is able to be mounted on machine with 2 x M12 bolts.
