Osranton Manual Chuck with CNC Base Plate 145x100 is compatible with System 3R. The basic chuck is designed to lock MacroStd elements such as electrode holders, jigs or fixtures which are mounting on MacroStd reference elements manually by pulling a lever for the need of CNC milling. It is made of high quality hardened stainless steel through CNC machining. It applies to directly mounting on machine table. To locking fixtures or electorde holders in the chuck, manual drawbar OS-3R0003 is required. Fixed index position 4x90°, repeatability accuracy within 0.002mm.
