OSRATNON Manual Chuck MacroStd 56x56 with Extension 60mm is a combination of a System 3R compatible manaul chuck 56x56 mounting on an extension in length of 60mm. Because of the extension, the product typically applies to Die-sinking EDM process. Mounting the extension on the spindle of EDM machine center, the travel distance of Z-axis is able to be lengthened 60mm in seconds. It is no longer necessary to raise die or workpiece to reach the work area between the electrode. Thanks to the manual chuck MacroStd 56x56, workpiece or fixture comming with reference element 54x54mm on bottom is able to be positioned on it rapidly and accurately.
