Osranton D75 Manual Chuck with Squre Block is compatible with System 3R MacroStd 3R-610.21-S. The basic chuck mounting on squre block is compatible with Manual Chuck 3R-600.24-S. It is made of high quality hardened stainless steel through CNC machining. Two ground faces on square block enables the chuck mounts on machine table vertically and horizontally. It it designed to evevate the machining level and rapidly accommodate workpieces, jigs or fixtures mounting wiith reference element without adjustment or calibration for multi-axis machining. 6 Nm Tightening torque and manual drawbar OS-3R0003 (3R-605.2) is required. Fixed index position 4x90°, repeatability accuracy within 0.002mm.
