Osranton L-shaped plate D170 is a combination of a L-Shaped plate and quick change base plate RL96-S195. It designed to be mounted on rotary table, which enables top toolings/ fixtures to be turned in different degrees in machine tools. It significantly enhance the productivity and manufacture capacity. Constructed from hardened stainless steel and precision ground, ensuring robust durability and excellent perpendicularity. In order to reduce the loading burden of the four-axis rotary table, there are weight-reducing holes were dug on the back of the L-shaped plate while ensuring the rigidity of the L-shaped plate. Moreover, there are 4x96mm threaded pull stud boreholes on back face, enableing it to be mounted on a place where is a 96mm quick change base plate.
