L-shaped Plate D190 Integral
Osranton L-shaped Plate D190 is designed to be mounted on rotary table, enabling CNC machine tools to do milling in different angle when a fixtue or a workpiece mounting on the L-shape plate. The quick lock mechanism is integrated inside L-shaped plate, not necessary to mount quick change base plate separately, which leads L-shaped plate more light-weight and rigidity of it more stronger. Without mounting quick change base plate on L-shaped plate can reduce unnecessary bulk and maximize the efficiency of worksapce, the distance from supporting face to the center of L-shaped plate up to 30mm. To reduce the weight of the L-shaped plate, several weight loss holes were dug on the back. At the same time, the back has 4 industry standard 96 pull stud holes, convenient for people to install pull studs and quick change base plate for matching use, achieving positioning a fixture or workpiece in machine toolrapidly.
