Osranton Unihlder is compatible with EROWA ITS ER-010793. The Uniholder, made of stainless steel, is designed to hold electrode or workpiece with shaft size of up to 15mm. Mounting Centering plate 50 on the bottom enable the holder position and lock in the chuck repaidly without any adjustments and calibration. The electrode is not necessary to take apart from the holder during the entire process procedure, from CNC milling, CMM inspection and EDM sinking, ensuring the centre of the electrode stay on the same position at the holder all the time. Supplied in set of 12 pcs, including 4 setscrews for each unit.
