OSRANTON Quick Change Base Plate is designed for customers who are sensitive about cost. It is constructed from a new stainless steel with heat treatment, leading hardness can be up to 50~52HRC. Clamping holes with spacing of industrial standard 52x52mm on top of base plate enable top tooling or workpiece with clamping studs 52x52mm on bottom to accommodate on it. The base plate for fitting screws come with spacing 96x96mm, it is not only enable it to be secured on an adpater for machine table mounting, but also able to be an adapter for converibility from 96x96 to 52x52mm when 4 clamping studs mounted on bottom at spacing of 96x96mm.
