Mounting a dual serration block in the middle of Centering Vise T75100 devides the clamping range into 2 indiviual clamping stations. This double station design allows the vise parallel secures 2 workpieces up to 24mm long simultaneously with a turning of wrench on 3-axis CNC machines, reducing set up time for workpieces and improving work efficiency, friendly to CNC operator. Double station means double output, which maximize the proformance of machine tool. Mounting a dual serration block in the middle of the vise has no impact on the vise, in particular the clamping accuracy, sustaining tight tolerance and precision for consist result in every single station. Robust constructure ensures the vise has excellent durability and reliability.
