Osranton MTS Base Plate 380x160 is a combination of 4 MTS IntegralChuck S-P/A (Compatible with ER-131210) and stainless steel base plate. 4 pcs of MTS IntegralChuck S-P/A integrated on in a base plate in size of 400x360mm. Set up distance between 2 chucks is 200mm. Base plate is made of pre-hardened stainless steel material, hardness up to 32~36HRC. The chuck is acutated pneumatically with compressed air pressure 6 ±1 bar. Air connection is on side of base plate with 4 air lines. 2 are for 2 chucks in a row opening/closing, the other 2 are for presence check/ chuck cleaning. Application of MTS base plate is to accommodate single MTS pallet, double MTS pallet or fixtures who come with MTS centering plate on bottom, it can be directly mounted on machine table. The borehole for fitting screws on base plate is able to be customized according to client's requirements or specification of machine table.
