The base plate is overall contructed from hardened stainless steel and precision ground, ensuring robust durability and perfect parallelism. Pitch distance between 2 chucks is 200mm. Air connecton is on side with 2 lines, one is for chuck opening/closing, the other one is for cleaning of Z-reference and presence chuck in automation line. Actuation air pressure is 6±1 bar. MTS Base Plate is designed for direct assembly on machine table and to accommodate 2-Fold MTS Pallets.
