Osranton MTS Base Plate S-P/A with Horizontal Base is a basic chuck ER-131210 integrated in a stainless steel horizontal base in size of 200x180mm. Constructed with hardened stainless steel and went through precision ground, the chuck embodies robust duarability and long lasting parallelism as well as repeatability. The chuck actuated pneumatically by compressed air with air pressure 6±1 bar. Air connection at lateral with 2 lines, one is for chucking opening/closing, the other one is for cleaning/presence check in automation line. The base plate applies to horizontally accommodate single pallets or workpieces directly assembly on machine tables.
