Osranston Pneumatic Chuck with EDM base Plate is a manual Chuck mounting on WEDM base plate. The basic chuck is similar to 3R-600.28-S but operated by pulling of a lever. It applies to mounting on spindle of EDM machine centers for EDM sinking process. To accommodate electrode holders on the chuck, drawbar (3R-605.1 or 3R-605.4) is required. 8 adjusting screws on upper base plate for flatness adjustment when mounting chuck on EDM machine spindle. Fixed index position 4x90°, clamping power up to 10000N, and repeatability accuracy is 0.002mm.
