Osranston Pneumatic Chuck with base Plate 102x102 is a basic chuck which is compatible with 3R-600.10-30 mounting on a base plate in size of 102x102mm. It applies to accommodate Electrode holders, Pallet Φ1156 or any other toolings with 3R reference elements for CNC milling. To actuate and accommodate toolings on the chuck, 6±1 bar compressed air pressure as well as drawbar (3R-605.1 or 3R-605.4) is required. Air connection is on side and at rear with 2 lines, one is for chuck opening/closing, the other one is air-blasting for cleaning or presence check in automation line. The rear air lines enable the chucks make combination on a large base plate to become a chuck set. Fixed index position 4x90°, Clamping power up to 10000N, and repeatability accuracy is 0.002mm.
